Entry level pay and inability to meet productivty

Pros
You can schedule, for the most part, at your own convenience. This is nice when you have kids in school activities.
Cons
Entry level pay. New hires will get more pay than more senior therapists. Some therapist(s) will get WAY above productivity while other therapist(s) consistently run WAY below productivity. Pay cut and blaming PDGM while other companies still pay the same. Poor communication from office to clinicians, including trying to schedule people that have already deceased…died…took the long sleep…curtains. They still show on your schedule. I swear it.
