You set your own schedule, the pay is good, some nice people work here.
Cons
Weekend call is horrible! It outweighs the good! They have scheduled visits and make you cover at least 4 counties with only one RN to help you. If you are primary on call you will be expected to see scheduled patients and the ones they add on you through the day! This job is stressful and it makes you feel like you work non-stop! You will have to see patients with infestations of bugs and mice. There are no bonuses or employee incentives! You get a 2% raise every year.
