      PTO after 10 years is good

      Terrible leadership with unrealistic expectations of clinicians, all burdens fall on clinician. Patients are just numbers and a way to make money for the company.

      The benefits are good and competitive

      Cons

      The company I had been working for was acquired by LHC group and it went downhill from there. New office staff was not competent and did not answer calls, emails, and texts. I was a full time employee and was given 7 patients one week while PRN staff were full. The ENTIRE original staff (office and rehab) left with 2 months of the acquisition, which should tell you something.
