      Pros

      Really good teammates - smart, fun, get things done, collaborative, put in a lot of effort.

      Cons

      LHH provides leadership development and coaching for leaders in other companies. Their practices and delivery are very good and this shows up in repeat business as well as clients buying additional services. The leaders at LHH, however, do not operate utilizing the same coaching and leadership development approaches that they sell. They're not collaborative, they're too afraid to speak out (it's very hierarchical), they only do things if it means they'll make money.
