      LHH supports clients in transition

      Pros

      rewarding work, great clients, supportive staff, work schedule. The work is very rewarding. LHH has terrific training with a structured approach to job search. The environment is pleasant to work in and colleagues support one another.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is not enough down time to do the research for clients. In addition, there needs to be more localized market research that is current with occupational data. Unable to introduce new programs and tools for clients.

      Pros

      Ok benefits, decent PTO and some cool people and softwares.

      Cons

      Management, base salary, training, the jobs we work on (bottom of the barrel), hiring managers, candidate pool. Hard to get a decent commission check, especially in sales for the first three years at least. No culture and no DEI initiatives.
