      Pros

      I’m grateful for several aspects of my experience at LHH in Overland Park, especially the supportive leadership and team dynamics. From day one, I felt welcomed and supported by leadership and my teammates. The training was thorough, and I appreciated how many resources were made available to help us succeed. The tools and technology, especially the sourcing AI and internal systems, really set LHH apart. They made it easier to stay organized, connect with top candidates, and keep momentum going. I also loved the collaborative spirit of the team; people were always willing to jump in, share insights, and cheer each other on.

      High emphasis on call quotas and KPIs-- great fit for those who thrive in a sales-driven environment.

The team took a chance on me and gave me the opportunity to gain true hands-on recruiting experience—something that laid the foundation for where I am today. Four years later, I’m now leading a talent acquisition team, and I owe so much of that growth to the incredible people I worked with here.
