Pros
I've been with this company for nearly 10 years and have witnessed several merges and changes. One thing that has remained consistent is how incredible my colleagues are! LHH has some of the most kind and genuine people you'll ever work with, they actually do care about what they do and the people they connect with. I've also been able to explore multiple different roles and career paths which has always been met with great support from my leaders. I was even able to upskill and take courses to get different certifications that were either free or paid for with tuition reimbursement! Finally, the work/life balance is excellent, I'm able to travel, take time when needed and know I have amazing support from my managers and colleagues.
Cons
This is an industry that is continuously evolving and we're always trying new strategies, so if you're not comfortable with change, it may not be the best fit.
