      - in depth training to start - first 3 months are very hands on - base salary

      Cons

      - lacking in teamwork/collaboration after 3 months - very competitive environment - training is the same no matter your experience level

      the only pro is that I left and immediately got a better job

      Cons

      Continuous leadership and organizational changes and not for the better just as a band aid fix for their many issues including the trash training "program," unclear or non existent performance metrics and CONSTANT lay offs. I still haven't received a few thousand dollars worth of my commissions either. If a recruitment agency has SEVERAL Reddit threads from employees and candidates talking about how dysfunctional, cookie cutter, and unprofessional they are leave turn the other way.
