Pros

my team was really nice and so was my direct manager

Cons

Bully environment, if you produce you can bully and no one cares NOT REALLY REMOTE - they will tell you that and then tell you oops it's hybrid and you have to come to an office an hour from where you live 2 -3x per week Promoted by tenure not skills, upper management has no experience in this industry as a whole. There are former recruiters that are now Market Directors. They have no sales or leadership experience but they've worked there 8 years so now they get to run a Geo. LOW PAY LOW COMMISSION, Failing Business Model They set unrealistic goals for you to get a raise so they never have to give you one. The only million dollar reps in the company have worked there for 20 years! So if you want to wait 20 years to make good money then sure, work here. NO ONE knows who LHH Recruitment Solutions is. Google still says Ajilon and Accounting Principles. They rebranded 4 years ago.

Pros

I have nice colleagues and the work isn't that hard.

Cons

Constant restructuring, annual firing season then restaffing the next year. This happens every year. Very political environment. People who get promoted aren't necessarily experts in the field or experienced.

Pros

-Remote setup for several employees

Cons

-Being told the company will enforce non competes, tying recruiters to a sinking agency. Comes across as hypocritical, due to recent hires from other agencies. -Significant turnover from Executive Leadership in the past year -Significant turnover from Recruiters in the past year -Constant changes, for the worse, to compensation structure
