Pros
The management is very supportive and open to discussing recommendations and/or concerns of the employee. The work/life balance is very good as well as the flexibility in hours. There is a strong cohesiveness among staff members.
Cons
Travel distance from home. I would also like to see compensation increased. Though communications via e-mail are great from Ekkie, there should be better communications from the local office to the consultants to keep them in the loop in terms of opportunities throughout the nation. Any consultant wanting to relocate would have an opportunity to see the strength of a particular market elsewhere in the country.
