      Manager and teams are great to work with. Benefits are consistent and comparable to similar companies. Impactful job that is engaging and helps people.

      Cons

      Currently growth options have been down due to tough economic conditions.

      Pros

      I work remotely and spend 98% of my time allocated to client work which gives me a great sense of autonomy and ensures I have the time & space to do great work for the clients. I like the people here as well - a good bunch, Really honest people with a good team ethic.

      Cons

      Probably my own fault but I've worked too independently & siloed the last year or so, therefore, I haven't put myself in the frame for progression. My sense is that its a difficult company to get promoted quickly so moving forward, I'll need to be a bit more proactive. Not really a con - a realisation more than anything.
