      Time to move on.. (for those people who don't like the new world)

      Pros

      A company that generally has people focussed on making a difference and wanting to help people. Super clients, some super talent and some really good new things being developed. With changes as the top, a real opportunity to transform the business and bring the best of both companies together... but it's time to ditch the "legacy Penna" "legacy LHH" nonsense.

      Cons

      People seeing things as a lot worse than they are -- people are on the whole very well paid, looked after and cared for - but sadly the culture is being challenged by a few toxic people who frankly just need to move on. Some of these people are in senior roles and manage teams and the company needs to look at changing this quickly -- but people also need perspective. Most sales people are over paid -- not hungry and not focussed on the customer (they believe they are the customer!
