      Pros

      This is a place of very dedicated people doing important work at a crucial time in a person's life -- when they are impacted by downsizing. The company has good materials and even better people. People work here because they are passionate about what they do.

      Cons

      In recent years, LHH has gone from one of the most nurturing and collaborative places to work to one that is more about KPI's, money and numbers and it is a real shame.

      Wonderful people throughout the organization to work with. All parties were willing to do what it takes to be successful and help each other out.

      Cons

      The culture in the corporate office is hard to work with. There is a C-level individual who get involved in every ones work and it results is a lack of creativity.
