Pros
You would think there would be something, but whatever pros exist are basics like flexible with remote work up to 2 days a week, a few extra days off. There is a perception that standard flexibilities are benefits
Cons
- The wider group and this unit has mostly +55 white male leadership, many of whom display poor judgement, narcissistic character traits, straight up sexism and often cling to their jobs because they aren't employable elsewhere - I was gaslighted by a group level function head who suggested to me that my inability/lack of desire to continue working in the environment after an severe sexual harassment incident against me was due to a character weakness on my part - Majority of employees left the organization after prolonged sick leave to avoid dealing w the toxic environment - My performance has never been lower than in this business. 6 months into a new role I am a top performer in my org. Environment MATTERS. You just have to be slightly above the average for this place to drag your performance and quality of work down. - Whole group is in max cost saving mode. Dont be fooled by the fancy "strategies" and slides and brand name
