      Pros

      There is some real talent within the business, particularly within the old Penna business which could be better utilised.

      Cons

      Inexperienced senior leaders trying to implement a 'work hard, play hard' culture which doesn't work. Clique at the top makes it feel like a boys club and promotions seem to be based on willingness to comply rather than experience and talent. Immature teams and management means the inevitable loss of clients.

      LHH Changes Everything

      Pros

      K'bridge was a fun and interesting place to work some time ago, with great people and lots of opportunities to work on projects

      Cons

      As mgmt became focused on selling the business the culture changed to become much more transactional and short term focused. Since the LHH acquisition, the company has morphed into a meek subsidiary with a tough owner - meaning lower salaries and bonuses and increasing pressure to perform.

      Wonderful, brilliant immediate colleagues. Subject matter experts with integrity and a genuine client focus.

      Cons

      The business does not live its values. Treated people like numbers on a spreadsheet and forgot that we were human beings.
