LHH has some great people who are real industry specialists genuinely interested in service users.

Cons

One of the directors is excellent, but the Executive Director is disrespectful and hides her poor performance behind big statements, allocating the blame elsewhere. Such action affects the quality of internal communication.

Not much, they offer the standard “perks”

Pay discrepancies between team members - discovered a £10k difference between 2 people in the same role with the lower paid being more qualified. Offered flexible working but unable to utilise due to workload. Overloading the delivery team with work and refusing to hire more help sacrificing quality and people for profit. Extreme bias towards sales team unfortunately despite some individuals’ incompetence creating more work for everyone else.
