Pros

Biggest plus: Remote work and good benefits.

Cons

Depending on the market and practice area, no sales strategy. It's all driven by KPIs with no thought. There's a "clique" culture" and if you are not part of that group then dont except to be seen or heard. One is not set-up to be successful and make money especially if you report to someone who does not know anything about the practice area they support.

Pros

If you like training, this was the most intense training program I've ever had. It took 6+ months to get through

Cons

The training was supposed to be 60 days, but turned into 150+ days if new hires were even able to move past this point. Very base level training and you are not given autonomy or trust. I have 6 different managers during the year and the job description consistently changed. I was on boarding about 1 new client per month and they were not interested in anything but top level results. They have a massive new hire group every month, about 1/50 employees make it a year. Most are fired before that time. Crazy turn and burn and toxic, fear based environment.

Pros

PTO and flexibility are strong. Decent total benefits package.

Cons

It's absolutely a sales culture of "What have you done for me lately?". That's fine if you're mentally prepared for that, however with the conflicting messaging of "people first" it's hard to come to terms with. Little/ incorrect training is given to new employees and as a manager, you have little support to properly get large teams rampped up. The company culture has unfortunately been entirely dismantled and has become toxic.
