1. We don't have the strongest brand in the market (in my area) putting us at a disadvantage when competing against the bigger names.
2. Given the large size LHH (and parent company), it's more difficult to feel a sense of connection to our broader mission, and more challenging to have impact at an organizational level.
3. The level of investments being made in our different lines of business and associated offerings vary widely. If you are in an area that isn't a focus for the parent company, it can be disheartening.
4. Focus on DE&I. The organization has allowed ideological thinking to influence our business practices and decisions. This, ironically, has creating an environment that is less psychologically safe and where decisions are not as fair (because they aren't based on competence/results).
