Average pay and work life balance

When I started the job, the person who will be my manager asked me about my zodiac sign, this is already a disgrace. The people who hired me and the people I would be working on their teams have no idea about each other. I told them what experiences I had. Since the person I would be working with didn't think to ask, she/he noticed my capabilities after I started the job and then started to crush me about it. "We hired you by mistake", "you should actually have been in the lower position", comparisons with my other co-workers... They both hired me and put me under such psychological pressure for 3 months. Then they fired me :) I can't receive unemployment benefits because I only worked for 3 months. On top of that, they told me "you'll find a job very easily, these are outstanding schools" and about my school, they said "someone who graduated from this school shouldn't ask these questions". It's obvious that he/she has a pain in the neck regarding schools. Apart from that, there is zero professionalism inside. After I started working, around 5 people were laid off or left. Nobody knows what they are doing, there is no structure. They will lose more customers this way.
