Pros
We truly make a difference in our clients lives. They are in a fragile and bewildering place and we are able to walk with them through a very difficult time, and are priviledged to witness their landing new and wonderful opportunities. In a market space where competition touts that all people want is virtual service, we see first hand that people use virtual tools but need personal support.
Cons
Not certain that our senior management back east really understands what it is like to work daily in an office with our clients. It is one thing to have worked in the field 15 years ago, but today is different, and I don't think they truly understand the agility we demonstrate on a daily basis. Salaries are very low here: management doesn't want to acknowledge this but it is true. We work at LHH for the passion of the work, not the compensation.
