updated London office so it looks nice and theoretically created a great working environment for clients - though not sure if nice surroundings are that needed when you are looking for a new role
Cons
Total loss of leadership - Leadership team and direct reports are falling away as they either resign, are made redundant or are fired due to their incompetence. Such as shame as the mid management and project teams were removed in an earlier restructuring so they are now devoid of the knowledge to fix the problems. Supporting people requires people - it can't all be achieved through flashy systems and driving people to workshops and online. Outplacement business just about holding on but very little beyond this and no expertise left from the original consulting and coaching team.
