Pros
LHH DBM is a company with a great mission and values. It's a part of a big company but still thinks locally and regardless of external circumstances try very hard to keep a high-quality service. There is a lot of trust in employees and space to present new ideas.
Cons
There is a limited possibility to develop and be promoted. As a small company, they don't offer too many compensations & benefits.
