      colleagues are great office space is nice

      Coaches are not valued... at all Disconnect between what is sold to clients (high touch) and coach ability to deliver on that promise with the allotted hours. Pay has been the same since forever. Absolutely no leadership in the office.

      I worked in the San Jose office. It is a great place to get exposure to professional coaching especially if you want to work with High Tech.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for career advancement due to the nature of the business model and organizational structure.
