Pros

Excellent colleagues. Interesting clients across many industries. Option to say Yes or No to projects. Some travel. Senior Management is absent and unconcerned about delivery.

Cons

Senior Management is absent and unconcerned about delivery. No advancement path or pay raises in the last 20 years. Rate is lower now than 10 years ago.

Pros

There are some fantastic opportunities within the organisation if sought out as the company will develop & promote internally wherever possible from the outset if drive & talent is exhibited. Employees genuinely care about each other & the service they provide to their customers. The UK business has always encouraged a sociable atmosphere. Lots of events & after work initiatives as requested by employees. Starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel after all the changes.

Cons

The workload sometimes seems relentless.

Pros

Good Market Share, Some good service improvements, Some good relationship with clients, many people work hard to try to achieve result for customers, there are sign of progress and the decline ( Revenue, Profit and Quality) can be turned around

Cons

Lack of Leadership, thinking on a month by month basis, short term approach, revenue and profit in decline and it's paint by numbers solutions, sales team not driving revenue, way too internally focused, talent of the organisation is disengaged and under utilised, role and responsibilities are not well articulated and performance is not well managed, vastly too London centric, I had great hope when I saw the values unveiled, there are some great people in the business, we need to revisit our values and challenge some damaging behaviours to be a success, it can be who you know rather than a true meritocracy
