      Company cares about what they do and also their employees. They are always looking for employee feedback and take them into account when making changes.

      Cons

      Too concentrated on producing, and doesn't focus on things going wrong. So long as profits are good, they don't concern themselves with ongoing problems. Too reactionary and not enough preventative.
