      I wish there were some.

      Cons

      The takeover in 2016 did not go as well as anybody hoped; it's a money-making enterprise without soul. The organisation is run by a CEO with zero Emotional Intelligence or care for his people. Anyone with depth of knowledge left in 2016 and those now employed are, on the whole, either new or incompetent...or both. If you're not 'in the clique' you will be ignored by senior management - who are all little replicas of each other.

      Work in London or prepare to be forgotten about

      - The employee benefits package is substantial

      Cons

      - Pay reviews are virtually non-existent - The entire company revolves around the London office, if you work anywhere else prepare to be forgotten about - Senior management are spread too thinly - Offices outside of London are dilapidated and in need of major refurbishment - Ego's run rife within the business - Favoritism is shown by senior management and those not favoured are managed out of the business - Cliques have ruined the culture
