      Pros

      Nice office location, some good colleagues. Good commission structure.

      Cons

      Not a collegiate environment, many different layers of management. Signing terms of business with client can take weeks, everything is assessed with a fine tooth comb that can slow down or halt the process of an interview/placement. Some managers are good people, not particularly great managers. Go for a slightly smaller company where there is less HR and Compliance headache. Far too corporate.
