      Good and getting better

      Pros

      After a lot of change, I think we are all starting to see the way forward. I can understand why there are some negative reviews too because a lot of people's noses were put out of joint during our integration but I think we've come out the other side in a better place. The values of our business are being lived. We are closer to our clients than ever before, I feel that the company really does care about my engagement and overall I think I'm very well rewarded for everything I do.

      Cons

      We work at a very fast pace and sometimes I think we need to focus on less projects than trying to do much.

      Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback. We read every comment provided in the employee engagement surveys and look at the results and suggestions at our monthly leadership team meetings and make sure we take action to address any concerns, ideas or suggestions that have been raised. As well as Peakon, we're also holding regular dinners which is another opportunity for everyone to let us know what we're doing well and what we need to improve on- whether that's for our clients, ourselves or our community. Keep an eye out for the invitations. Feedback is hugely important to us so we encourage everyone to speak to their manager or any member of the leadership team at any time as well as use the more structured opportunities we provide to have your say.

      I learn something new everyday

      Pros

      I have been working for LHH Penna for the past two years and I am pretty sure I have learnt something new every single day. I love what I do and the passion that I see from the organisation as a whole, my colleagues and management is just amazing and totally inspiring. We have gone through a lot of change over the past few months with LHH's acquisition of Penna but I personally think it was handled well, there are lots of opportunities for us which weren't there previously and I feel as if management have been very open to hearing our thoughts and getting feedback throughout the whole process - the future for this business is very exciting.

      Thanks for taking the time to give your feedback. We will definitely be keeping up the social activities and celebrating whenever we can. After listening to the feedback about what everyone would like to do we've now organised weekly HIIT classes and Learn Mandarin sessions; Friday breakfasts will continue in all of our offices as will drinks after our monthly Knowledge Exchanges. We've also got a LHH Penna football team and netball team for those who enjoy something a little more competitive . We're in the middle of organising our all staff party to celebrate winning Country of the Year so there's lots going on socially over the next few months. We'll continue to listen to any requests re social activities and encourage everyone to get involved, let us know what they'd like to do or organise something that isn't already happening.

      First 7 weeks!

      Pros

      It’s week 7 and the job’s delivering on every level; great colleagues and culture, superb clients, investment in our infrastructure, buildings and people. Yes, integrations can be tough, but as far as I can see the acquisition has bought together two fantastic businesses and retained the best of both. Glad I made the decision to join.

If you have any thoughts on improving the recruitment experience, the onboarding process, your first day, the induction programme etc then please do share with us. Either let your manager know, or speak to any of the leadership team or tell us via Peakon or at the Good to Great dinners.
