      Pros

      Work life balance is great. Working to be more innovate.

      Cons

      Integration of acquired companies and IP seem to be more than they can handle as it has been very very slow. Company is very siloed and and project teams are almost non-existent. Not a real team culture although they try to perceive themselves as such. Culture can be a struggle to assimilate too.

      Pros

      I have found LHH to be very supportive and accommodating in working with me and my schedule. They have been great in that regard. While they are very customer focused, they also support their employees. An unhappy customer is not always the employee's fault, and it's nice to know they don't automatically blame you but listen and try to make it right.

      Cons

      Everyone is paid the same in my classification.

      Pros

      The view is great. The people are very friendly. There is a consistent effort by management to push employees to improve themselves.

      Cons

      They use temp workers a lot. In the time I was there, I didn't see anyone move from temp to actual employee. This underlines the attitude that upper management has that employees are disposable and interchangeable. What this means to you is that you should not hang out there waiting to be hired on. You probably won't be.
