      Great People to work with. Nice Friendly and understanding.

      Do not give you full access to everything that will make your job easier. And to many people are being hired based on relationships to upper Management.

      Pros

      I have been working at Lee Hecht Harrison for less than a year now but can already see how passionate everyone is towards everyone we work with everyday! There are plenty of opportunities for personal and career development. I have also been impressed by how senior management are so open to new ideas which makes it easier to make a real difference.

      Cons

      I'd say, there's always room for improvement but keep doing what you're doing and focusing on the people!
