      Company open for a new initiative

      Pros

      You can work and meet new and interesting people every day. Managers give to their employees a lot of autonomy and they are open for a new idea. In the same time if you need some support you just have to ask.

      Cons

      There is not to many option for a promotion. The structure is quite flat.

      Pros

      LHH cares about its people. They promote from within whenever possible, they regularly seek the input and feedback of their employees, they respect and promote diversity, and they value creativity, innovative thought and professional development.

      Cons

      While work-life balance is respected and time off is quite generous, this is simply a business that is at the mercy of client needs, both in sales and in service delivery, and those client needs can change quickly and dramatically. Most employees here, at all levels, are very committed to what they do, which can sometimes result in long hours and in the investment of time that was set aside to rest. This is certainly not unique to this company and it's not a requirement to work here.

      Pros

      The staff is wonderful and management actually cares about its employees. It's refreshing to be in such a great environment that's somewhat large but still feels a close knit family.

      Cons

      Not a lot of growth potential within the organization. Quite a bit of lateral opportunities but no growth. Some folks will spend decades in the same position which can be a good thing for those not necessarily looking to grow.
