Business Outlook
Pros
LHH is a business that always thinks about its people first and aims to deliver outstanding value to its customers. The organisation in Singapore is transforming from what was largely a delivery operation to a growth hub backed by exciting investments. The new leadership in Singapore is pathing this way and had to make some tough decisions over the last 12 months but this will be for the better of our business as well as increase the value we can deliver for customers. I am excited about our growth journey and the ability to work in this global company really making a difference to both organisations and individuals we work with.
Cons
Some processes in the business still need to improve. Line Managers could be supported more effectively.
