Great place to work

Pros

LHH is as much of a corporate environment as you're likely to get, this could be considered a con, however at least you know what you're going to get. Great brand to work for and awesome fun in the office. They look after their staff occasional excursions and meals out. It's a real family environment.

Cons

Much of the same as above, however there's the definite feeling that there's very little room for mistakes in certain areas. Other companies do have more competitive benefit packages. The line is about drawn at life insurance and private health.

Pros

Exposure to many contacts among all corporate organizations.

Cons

Compensation (commission) is unachievable within the first two years and chances are you will not make it to that point. Competitors don't respect LHH as they are seen as an antiquated, understaffed and a under-delivering company with a façade of experts that don't exist. While LHH ignores their weak position with a zero brand awareness (non-existent marketing strategy/budget), market share for LHH erodes to a laughable level. Senior level management as well as mid level managers are lame duck administrators that never visit their territories to support their much needed market development thereby having total disconnect with their clients and employees. In two years, conference calls were always deadly silent unless the "favored" Bus. Developer (salesperson) was prepped to pound their chest about their success, which probably was someone else's opportunity to begin with. No trust, no teamwork, no culture .......... not a company to work even if you desperate.

Pros

Lee Hecht has one of the best names in the human capital space. Very well known and respected for outplacement and leadership development solutions.

Cons

Lee Hecht has been undergoing constant change in the top and grass-root levels. They were recently acquired by another company, which has added to the confusion and anxiety.
