Good Sr. Leadership Team for the most part. Great products and many wonderful employees at line level all over the country

Cons

Tend to put people in a management position temporarily and then leave them there when they are not given the tools to effectively manage people.

Case loads are too high & since buying DBM the focus is all about cost savings... and the culture is gone.

Pros

Some very nice people are there. If you aren't working for the money, go for it. Don't expect diversity or time to really work with people the way you may want to. Those days are over! They give a good amount to PTO days and have decent benefits.

Cons

What was once a beautiful culture is gone. Coaches are expected to work miracles in 15 min to half hour meetings. That cannot be done. LHH has no flexibility for coaches that tele-commute although our offices are very empty these days. I miss my colleagues, but I do not miss the stress and being around the depressed people looking for work.
