      Pros

      LHH is a place where you have multiple opportunities. You are not limited to your technical expertise. Being an organization that provides career services, internally we are open for people to discover there own talent in areas they didn't tested before. Our mission "to make a difference by building better careers, better leaders, better businesses" is truly lived by the team. I like the fact that we are truly global, with a lot of local liberty.

      Cons

      If you are coming from traditional corporate environments you might feel lost from time to time. A lot of the processes are rather lived and shared in conversations, than written somewhere. Be prepared to be in constant change, but also to take benefit of it, if you like it.

      Good place to work - but room for improvement

      Pros

      Great culture and team both in the UK, EMEA and some amazing overseas staff. Good team mentality but sometimes this can be a little lost e.g. need to stick to your guns and not always compromise.

      Cons

      Still a bit US lead - but improving given the Knightsbridge and Penna acquisitions. Great client work and delivery - but sometimes can be a bit rushed.
