      Pros

      The people at the office levels are very committed to what they do and generally very skilled. The work we do is exceptioinally rewarding. In my office, we have a lot of autonomy to serve our clients in the best way possible.

      Cons

      Senior management sends very mixed messages on their committment to quality service. The value we provide is largely based on the value individual consultants give to their clients. This group is undervalued and seems to be the primary target for cost savings. They do this by trying to increase client loads beyond what is reasonable.
