      Not one pro at all

      Cons

      Micro management at every level Seems like they have 2 managers per producer Nondas is terrible and really mean to everyone she works with - bullies the team Laurie doesn't know what she's doing. Everytime she does a townhall emails have to sent after cleaning up her mess Terrible pay and comp plan is bad Most of the good people have left and the remainders are looking to leave Most people get fired out of New Colleague Training due to impossible metrics

      As a new ER you receive a lot of training which was amazing

      Cons

      Once you're done with the ER training, you're thrown to the wolves. It is not a helpful environment, though, I knew Staffing was not so easy, it still surprised me. It is a very cut throat environment, close colleagues who you are on the same team with will back stab you in a second, management does nothing about it, and you've pushed pushed to perform at unrealistic levels while making very little money.
