      Leadership makes changes that have little or negative impact, I.e., switching payroll schedules, title changes, org chart changes, etc.

      entry level experience some independent work team and organization culture

      Too many transitions in less than 1 year Micro managed but varies by team very large organization with different dynamics, so inconsistent support/recognition.

      Remote. Commissions if any. 6 month sale cycle.

      Cons

      Management is the worst. Training even worst as managers doesn’t align with the training and tell you to not listen to the training but listen to them. Mind you the training is 3 month but they can’t fire you if they see other wise or until you get “promoted” to the position you’ve got hired for lol.
