      Awful Management and Cannot Retain Staff

      Nothing that is going to help me with my professional career

      Cons

      Horrible management skills, they treat you like cows and heard you into a farm, they feed you information that may or may not help you with your professional growth, and then after less than 60 days, they will make you present on your experience and KPI’s when clearly a training manager should be doing that. Then after you go over those KPI’s they start letting people go slowly. I started with over 30 sales executives in my class and when I left it was down to 6 or 7.

      Pros

      I am working to find them. They day it is flexible work but they cut your hours to virtually zero when their business gets slow.

      Cons

      They expect you to use your computer, phone, supplies and provide nothing. You must use your own. They do not pay for internet access, phone plan, office supplies, etc. They give you X number of hours to complete you work knowing it can not be completed in that time frame and they do not pay for the hours you actually work.

      It is Remote work and there is a lot of flexibility

      Cons

      No commission structure. Just a very low base salary and the company makes all the money off each placement fee. Poor management. Training is extensive but you are training with over 100 people virtually some of which won’t have your position so it seemed like a waste of time. No real connection. Management was awful.
