Pros

- Remote work - Potential to make a lot of money

Cons

- Will tell you that you are amazing and fire you the very next day - The leaders will each tell you completely different answers to the same question, then get mad at you for not understanding - Will hire 30+ people at once and make it seem like everyone will make it through training, only for four people to - They lie to single mothers and say they have job security and then fire them the next week - They play favorites - Will micromanage you to the point that you cannot do your job - Benefits suck and are expensive - The most toxic work environment I have ever been a part of - They say they care about you and that is a complete lie - Your managers will talk badly about you in the middle of meetings and behind your back in front of your colleagues

A sinking toxic ship.

Pros

- Working remotely. - Benefits aren't bad. - Others in the 'market' seem to know about the mess here which makes explaining why you are no longer working there easy.

Cons

- Being told that if you do not work 40 to 60 hours, you need to leave. There is so much toxicity from ONE person and it filters down and lately the message is... don't like it? LEAVE. - KPI focus. It's heavy and the middle managers (who are mostly clueless and out of their depth) are getting such pressure from above to ensure recruiters are hitting their KPI's, in turn making them behave like the KPI police. - Lots of lies about career progression. I was told that the company is good if you want to move into different roles and they don't like letting people go, and would prefer to move them elsewhere to be given a chance. Lies. - The training. Pathetic, childish, and too long where you are taught a lot of irrelevant things. POW is a load of nonsense and being told to do 'call plans' and 'call lists' is ridiculous. - The culture is very childish and lacks professionalism. - You are expected to build your own client base up, there are no dormant clients or anything. Some parts offices corner parts of the market meaning you cannot targets specific clients or industries. - Nepotism. - Being made to part take in business development call blocks.

Pros

People are nice and work life balance is good

Cons

The company has not been profitable for all of 2025 and they are laying off employees in masses. However, the layoffs are framed as "being fired for performance" due to the company not wanting to pay severance to their employees. Senior leadership is highly volatile and has no real idea or understanding of the work it takes to be successful and hit/exceed metrics in the current market. Many tactics and suggestions are outdated, such as attempting for a 75% in person meeting rate per week by the end of Q2. This is quite unattainable in a current workforce that prioritizes remote and hybrid work, while requiring current LHH employees to spend hours driving around their territory each week then scolding them on not being able to complete all tasks. I was "fired" last week for "under-performance", when my revenue and KPIs proved that I had outperformed the other new hire on my team by 305%. Though they were not let go and are still working at the company. The OTE range is highly suggestive as many sales executives fail to break $55k with salary and commission in their first 2 years. Leadership constantly hangs the fact that they can fire you at any time over your head resulting in a team with low morale and motivation. Tenured employees (anyone over about 4 years) at the company are highly favored and are not held to the same expectations and rules as new hires. They do not need to hit the same in person meeting numbers and constantly "fake" their numbers to submit to leadership. Overall, I gained good experience in sales. However, I would NOT recommend anyone to take a job here as there is little room for growth, promotion, or reliability.
