Coaching model sold to businesses is said to be client focused, but actual model calculates an average allocation of 8 minutes per client per week. The expectation is that 50% of clients will not engage in the program so consultants can re-allocate those few minutes elsewhere. Consultant employees are not treated the same as FT employees - no raises no matter how well you perform.
