Flextime - manage own calendar. Helping professionals who've been laid-off. Great consultant team.

Cons

One of LHH's top assets that make them great - coaches - have not had a rate increase in "most likely" 13-15 years. That doesn't support the values that are preached.

Great company if you need flexible work hours. They let you work from home (pre-covid) whenever you want. Great PTO (24 days + all holidays off).

Cons

Lacks culture. Not very organized. Minimal resources. No clear path for development.
