Pros

Chicago was a healthy market to recruit in. The company is now remote or at least offers the option to be remote in most geos. Excellent training. Flexible hours.

Cons

I was with the company for several years and with that, experienced several changes. Had the pandemic not have happened, I'm not sure they would have ever went remote. It was a very divisive and cut-throat culture with competing agendas. Management wasn't always transparent and colleagues weren't always honest

fully remote and great team environment depending on what market your in.

Cons

6 months to a year in a training class that has a very high turnover, most don't complete the program. You learn the most once you start working directly with people in your market.
