      Ability to prove yourself throughout the trainings

      Cons

      Training program to start takes 4 months and is incredibly distasteful. Everything is a threat and training managers and MDs alike push you and your stats to qualify you for "graduation". We are all corporate professionals being treated like children and spoken down to by the trainers. In the world of difficulties in finding jobs, this is what we have to deal with when we do get one?
