      Pay is decent. Some say work from home is a pro, but not the way they do it.

      Cons

      No training. So little communication that I honestly had no idea what other people on my team did. Every single decision took months to make. Prepare to be consistently ignored. Co-workers and managers berate you for small mistakes. Some of the rudest people I have genuinely ever come in contact with- very hostile work environment. It’s a good thing they offer mental health resources (very little is paid for) because this job gave me anxiety. Stifle creativity - don’t come in with any ideas because they would like to re-use the same material over and over again.
