Cons

I was a previous manager forced to write up employees for innocent mistakes. The more professional the staff, the worse they are treated. Upper management consists of a bunch of back stabbing wannabees that are mostly sleeping with each other. No one there is on solid ground. You would be thrown under the bus if it meant one of the manager's was threatened by you. They would steal your ideas and present as their own. They treat doctor's like garbage and it just trickles down from there.

Home care environment. Get to make a difference in peoples lives. Keep the elderly in their homes and not in nursing homes

Managers and directors do not understand the day to day operations. They take advantage of their employees.
