      Pros

      The company's mission is one that is so important and necessary. Caring for the elderly is rewarding and important! Opportunities for advancement within the company are abundant, excellent benefits and employee recognition.

      Cons

      There are challenges when working in the healthcare field, no matter where you work - it is a stressful environment, at times. However, seeing the impacts that are made with our Participants makes everything worth it!

      Great opportunity to work with the elderly, very hands on. Excellent health benefits and time off, fair salary

      lots of growth, changing of management often.
