Pros

Fully remote, remote work from everywhere in Japan as well as most of the countries in the world Independent, managers won't interfere much into your development, utilizing new libraries, new languages is recommended. Work life balance is wonderful.

Cons

The salary won't change much basically. Your career management will basically depends on your own.
