Pros

LINE really empowers engineers in general, giving them a lot of freedom to carry out their tasks. Also, we are encouraged to attend conferences overseas, either as attendees or presenters. And the company takes all the expenses. Honestly, I think it’s one of the best work environments in Japan. Many engineers left LINE and returned after a while. Especially since we can work fully remotely.
