Pros
As a subsidary of LINE in South Korea, the company offers pretty competitive salary with stablility. It has relatively good engineering culture compared to other big tech companies in the region, namely code reviews, testing, documentation, etc. Also it offers global working environment working with colleagues from many East Asian countries: Vietnam, Taiwan, Japan, etc.
Cons
After the merger of the parent company, the LY Corp is focusing on privacy and security and that's slowing down every process. You can't expect fast iteration here anymore.
